**"China's Textile and Clothing Industry: Resilience and Opportunities Amid Challenges"** In the 33rd China (Dalian) International Garment & Textile Fair, Li Qiang, deputy director of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, introduced that currently, China's total export volume of textile and clothing has remained above 3000 billion U.S. dollars for four consecutive years and has been ranked first in the world for 30 consecutive years. As the world's largest exporter of textile and clothing, China accounts for 33.7% of the total global export market. However, in recent years, due to factors such as slowing demand in major markets, increasing trade barriers, and falling export prices, China's textile and clothing exports still face great uncertainty. According to data released by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, from January to August this year, China's cumulative export of textile and clothing reached 197.77 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 1.1% year-on-year. Among them, China's textile and clothing exports in August only increased by 1% year-on-year. Although it is slightly better than last month, the growth rate is still lower than that of national cargo trade. Li Qiang stated that although the industry is currently facing certain challenges and pressures, in terms of industry development stage, development conditions, and development advantages, the fundamentals of China's textile and clothing industry being highly resilient, having great potential, and having broad space have never changed. Li Qiang suggested that original design and brand building should be supported to provide more exhibition opportunities for original designers and emerging brands; encourage textile and clothing enterprises to actively embrace the concept of green manufacturing and promote the improvement of a green and sustainable development industrial system; encourage textile and clothing enterprises to accelerate the pace of digital and intelligent transformation to improve design efficiency, production efficiency, and product quality. In recent years, with the increasingly obvious trends of consumption upgrade and aesthetic diversification, China's textile industry has gradually begun to develop from low-end to mid-to-high end. Qu Fei, secretary-general of the China National Garment Association, believes that currently, China's clothing industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, with both opportunities and challenges. China's clothing industry needs to rely on industrial advantages and development soil to deeply tap the inherent consumption potential in segment in the midst of diverse aesthetic forms and experience needs. China sweater factory JYS is also playing an important role in this industry. With its high-quality products and advanced production technology, it is contributing to the development of China's textile and clothing industry. As the industry continues to evolve, factories like JYS are constantly innovating and improving to meet the changing market demands.
